1Introduction

4Registration & KYC Verification

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

SGP777 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme in line with anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time SGP777 deems appropriate, you may be required to submit:

5Deposits & Withdrawals

7Game Rules & Betting

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on SGP777, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and other international events, are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body. SGP777 reserves the right to void any bet affected by data feed errors, system outages, or manifestly incorrect odds. 7.2 Mix Parlay

7.3 Malfunction Voids All Pays

8Prohibited Conduct

• Creating more than one Account or registering under a false identity;

• Engaging in collusion or match-fixing in connection with any sports event or casino game;

• Using SGP777 to process the proceeds of criminal activity or for any money laundering purpose;
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing SGP777 staff or other platform users;
• Any form of chargeback fraud or disputed transaction where the chargeback is found to be without valid basis.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the SGP777 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, text, game content, user interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of SGP777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 12Limitation of Liability

13Account Suspension & Closure

SGP777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback request from a Member's financial institution;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request;
• A Member's self-exclusion request;
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, SGP777 may forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for other legitimate reasons, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC.

14Amendments to These Terms

SGP777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
